Which way is better to promote a youtube video on twitter?

Hey guys,
I’m launching a new company soon and I’m scheduled to shoot a video with a pretty prominent figure in the industry with about 70k followers on twitter. The twitter account of the company has 0 followers.
I’m wondering if it would be better to have him post the youtube video on his twitter and then I retweet it, or vice versa(the company tweets it and he retweets it).
The goal would be to get as much traffic to the video as possible and to get as many followers as possible to the company twitter account.
