Sharing Facebook Posts to Instagram on Desktop?

My client wants the ability to have his company's Facebook posts automatically post to Instagram too. From what I'm seeing, there used to be an option when drafting the post to "Share to Instagram," but I'm not seeing that as a choice.
The company's Facebook page and Instagram page are properly linked. Did Facebook take away this feature or is it currently unavailable?
