Need help remembering which Influencer had this Halloween Costume (Satine from Moulin Rouge)

Hi! I'm not sure if this is a good sub-reddit for this question, but I need help remembering the name of an Influencer. I remember seeing this picture but now no matter what I search, I can't find it.
She is blonde, very popular on Instagram and I believe she lives in LA. Sometime during Halloween 2017/2018, she posted a picture of her dressed as Satine from Moulin Rouge. Her outfit was black lace lingerie (the same outfit Satine wears in the Love Elephant scene).
