How to leverage and take your following off facebook.

So we have a facebook page with half a million followers. While we reach about 8-10million people organically a week. This is largely from general memes/posts and not capitalizing on our audience.
If we were to make a facebook post asking for our following to jump on our other platforms, join our discord etc. The post would only really reach a few thousand people. I'd really like to move our followers off of Facebook so that we can have better communication and able to show more than just memes.
Do you have any tips on how to get the message out to the rest of our audience.
