[FB] Page keeps getting unpublished then published.

Weird thing is happening with my fb page.
First it got restricted for "breaking the FB policies". I appealed it and the restriction was removed.
Then got restricted again. I appealed it and got unpublished. I appealed this and the page got published.
But after two hours got unpublished again. Then got deleted.
All of these happened in 3 days.
I should notice, I didnt break any of their policies. My account is 11 years old. Not posted links, not spams, nothing suspicious. Just pics of nature. And had 150k followers.
Also, something else to notice, everytime my page got restricted, my personal account got locked out and asked me to change my password.
Where can I open a case about this?
