Facebook Admin Access Not Uniform Across Platform

Hi! I've been an admin on my organization's page for over a year now, and while I'm not sure exactly when it started, there are some places I suddenly don't have access to. A co-worker that also has admin access removed me and re-added me, but the same problems persist.
Example: On my menu screen on my app, when I click on pages, I have all three pages I am an admin on listed, including the one for our organization. However, if I'm on my timeline and I want to share something to the orgs page, only the other two pages I admin come up and our org isn't an option.
Also, when I click on the orgs page from my menu under pages I manage, it takes me to the page but I can't make a post. I can edit the page and invite people to the page, but my personal account is the one that comes up when I try to post to the page.
I have the full admin access just like my co-worker, but our access is different. Also, when I look at the Page Roles from my phone, my personal profiles is included as an admin along with two others. However, when my co-worker looks at the page roles, my account doesn't show. She removed me and re-added me and got confirmation that I accepted, but I still didn't show on her list.
When I'm on a desktop, I AM able to share to our page and make posts. However, when I visit the page it takes me to the business manager version of our page. Not sure if that means anything, but I don't recall that ever happening until these other issues started. When I look on the page roles on the desktop, I'm there and listed as an admin.
Any ideas of what's going on? Google has not been helpful as I've mostly been instructed how to add an admin, and that's not the problem.
