[EVERYONE] INSTAGRAM, ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED, HOW TO LOG IN

Hello everybody,
I deactivated my instagram account, in order to concentrate on Uni. I went to the instagram page on my computer, typed in username + password & then it asks me for codes, I use the authenticator app to fill in the codes, but once I type them in, it says please try again, meaning they're not correct. Just for your information: I completely logged out on my phone (instagram app) so I can't even reach the backup-codes. I also tried to click on "forgot password" to type in my email/user name but it says username/email can't be found.
Any tricks on how I can get my account back?
