Would you classify yourself as a social media marketer if you don't use the full suite of social platforms?

Hi all, I'm back with another question that I want to stump brains with.
So, Twitter has changed a lot through the years. As a social media marketer, I'm primarily focused on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. However, I know that Twitter is one that gets missed out the most.
If your client wanted twitter yet you, as a marketer, see no value, would you go ahead and please them anyway by saying yes? If your business doesn't actively use Twitter, and you market social media as your service, would it be misleading when a client asks about Twitter and you say it's not in your services?
