Unable to upload images or ads on Facebook, anyone?

In the last week or so, I've been unable to upload ads via Ads Manager. Recently I've also been unable to upload images as event and page cover photos. Facebook support are being particularly but I believe this is being caused by a bug in their system. We're based in Sydney, Australia. Has anyone else experienced this? Or know a workaround? Thanks!!
