Social Report deleting Facebook posts

Hey there. I work for a social media agency and we’ve changed the tool we use for scheduling multiple times. We just cancelled our account with Social Report to go back to Buffer and this morning noticed that all of the Facebook posts we ever posted using the tool have been deleted. This is three months of posts which obviously will screw up our reporting and the algorithms.
Has anyone heard of anything like this happening before? I haven’t - if the posts were pending then sure it makes sense, but I’ve never seen already live posts get deleted before.
Trying to get in touch with their support team but reckon we’ll get a half arsed excuse about the API or something
