Social Media Content Review Software

Does anyone have any recommendations for a software that allows you to send proposed social media content to a client? I'm looking for something that allows the client to review content, provide feedback, accept/reject content, and be able to send to potential superiors. Ideally it would be wonderful if it was a public link that didn't require a login. I've built out a custom Google Sheet that allows you to do similar things, but it's not ideal at the end of the day.
