Keynote on Social Media Marketing to Small Business Owners...

We are giving a keynote to a few hundred small business owners in October and have started building that out. I would guess that 75% of these small business owners do not have a full-time marketer on their staff and either handle the social media on their own or have a family member help them. The audience will have a basic understanding of how social media works.
Our goal is strictly to be educational and informative. This isn't a disguised sales pitch or chance to put our brand in front of them.
We currently plan to walk through the basics organic reach and engagement, go over current social media statistics, discuss how to come up with content to post, the importance of not selling, but building relationships and brand advocates, and even share some useful tools like Canva and Hootsuite.
Looking for any thoughts on what else might provide value and be useful in your eyes. Thanks for your time.
