IG Help: Being held hostage

Ok so briefly, I own a 2 character username on instagram. I'm trying to make this account business based / turn it into an influencer account.
The problem is, I literally can't upload any photos of myself or any human because the account will get suspended for 'pretending to be someone else' even though I've submitted my ID and been verified twice as people spam-report my account in an attempt to steal the username!
How does every other rare username use instagram? I can't!
I've searched everywhere for somewhere to email or raise my issue, I've even paid for facebook ads just so I can get access to the facebook ads livechat but apparently that doesn't exist anymore so god knows how I'm going to contact anyone.
Any ideas? or am I fucked basically
