Does anyone have any tips on working with influencers?

I work for a start up that sells make up brushes, we receive around 60 requests (sometimes more, sometimes less) from micro influencers every week.
Currently we have a very straightforward system where we choose the ones we want to work with and send them one of our products, we don’t have a budget for paying for collaborations.
We are having some trouble getting the influencers to post, any thoughts on a possible solution or strategy that can help with this?
