Suddenly my Instagram product tags have stopped working

Recently on Instagram, I have lost my ability to tag products from my Shopify store. The product tag sticker is also missing from my Instagram Story tools. All of the previous posts I have made with product tags are still in tact. I receive an error message when I go into the settings for my product catalog.
The error message says that “something went wrong” and the product source shows as none.
Has anyone run into this issue?
