Recommended Instagram scheduler with bulk upload AND auto posting features?

"Hopper" allows for bulk uploading and auto posting to Instagram but their plan costs $57/mth for 3 social media acc'ts...
"Buffer" has bulk uploading but its not available for Instagram and the bulk upload won't transfer images...
Can anyone recommend other Instagram scheduling apps that offer bulk uploads and auto-posting (to Instagram)?
