Managing instagram influencers

Hey so i've been searching for the "right fit" for weeks to no avail so I figured I would take to reddit.
At work we manage a team of Instagram influencers but at the rate it is growing, it is too difficult to monitor their progress and posts manually. I am also Sr. Designer for the company so I'm hoping to find some kind of software to take a work load off.
WHAT WE NEED: We have a requirement of 1 post per week and 1 story post per week. We would like to be able to track that these people are doing so on a large scale (100's now, working toward the 1000's).
WHAT WE DON'T NEED: Things like Traacker promise to connect us to influencers which is a great bonus but these platforms cost 10's of thousands of dollars and we just currently are not in a phase where we ready for that type of commitment.
