I am a standalone social media "influencer", and want to get on the path for a more secure career in social media

Hey guys, I am a 20 year old struggling to find his career path. In 2016, I graduated from highschool, and went to college for a semester before realizing it wasn't the place for me. I then went to a Real Estate school in an attempt to get my license and become a broker, during which social media slowly began to produce some income for me, which allowed me to comfortably stop school, again, and begin social media full time.
In the title I stated I was an "influencer", quotes included, as I don't personally consider myself to be one, but lack a term for what I actually am. I currently manage multiple Instagram accounts, my largest currently climbing to 500k followers (averaging +12k follows a week, with -6k follows a week due to promotions) amongst other smaller accounts which I grow, sell, and outsource management. From Feb 2018-Feb 2019, I made around $60,000, which is nice, and more than accounts in my range normally produce.
However, I can't help but worry about the longevity of my current income, and want to take the proper steps to allow myself security. Whether that be some sort of business model for continued self employment, or working towards the proper credentials to allow myself to work for someone else.
With all of that said, I'm not exactly sure what I need to do, and as many of you are actual professionals in this field, I came to ask for some advice. I am, without trying to sound overly confident, one of the quickest learners I know, and can pick up any sort of platform, on any sort of device, necessary. That is not the problem, or hurdle. I simply need guidance.
I currently work in the technology/video game sector, and know this world like the back of my hand. I've thought about attempting to become a community manager for a game, or organization, but can't quite come up with the proper steps to qualify myself for those positions, and presenting myself without sounding like a kid who just posts on Instagram for fun.
So, my simple question is, if you were in my shoes, what would you do?
Thanks to anyone who took the time to read this, and especially to anyone who lends some advice. Have a great day.
