How can I lift my Twitter account's suspension if I can't access my email address and phone number?

Hey guys. Just less than an hour ago, my Twitter account that I've been using for nearly 6 years has been suspended. It has had over 257,600 tweets and over 38,300 followers. This is the first time my account has ever been suspended, and I am so sad about it. Unfortunately, the phone number on the account is the phone number I had before this one. The number is on my Nokia Lumia, and my new phone number is on my iPhone. On top of this, the email address that is linked to the account is inaccessible. I've used a Hotmail address on the account. I've tried logging into my email numerous times. The password is correct and everything, but it says I've been logged into a different place and I have to fill a registration form in to do it. I can do some of the registration form just fine. Like my first name, surname, date of birth and stuff like that. However, there are other parts where it asks you to fill in the previous password or passwords the account has, and the email accounts that you have previously sent emails to. Apparently, all of it is compulsory. I haven't used that email account in years. Is it even possible to remember them?
Would I be able to unsuspend my Twitter account if I can't access my email address and phone number at the same time?
