Gray Arrow But Still Friends On Snapchat?

So I'm friends with someone on snapchat, and we talk a good amount. But when I sent her a snap earlier it was pending with the gray arrow (Which usually means they removed, or blocked you), but it says we're still friends, I see her snapchat score and all. Has anyone else had this problem? I don't know if snapchat is tripping or what. Any help is nice, thank you!
