Facebook Business: Cannot assign PM to other Admin.

I've googled for a solution, and had no luck.
When our business FB page receives a message, I used to be able to assign it to myself or the other Admin of the page. As far as I know, no changes were made at any point. For the passed 6 months, I cannot assign a PM to the other Admin. When I go to type in their name to assign a message to them, their name isn't an option.
Has anyone had this issue? Have you found a fix?
