Claiming an inactive Facebook Page

I can't believe we are in 2019 and Facebook's customer service is still crap.
There's a Facebook Page which hasn't been active since 2012, it belongs to the company I work for but it's impossible to find out who created it since it's been so long.
Facebook's Advertisers Help section has closed their chat function and I can't find a contact to help me with this.
Any of you 94K members know how to move fwd with this annoyance?
