Am I doing enough? What can I improve on?

Hello, r/socialmedia,
I’m working as a digital content/social media specialist at a community college. I handle the college’s social media platforms, use social listening tools to monitor said platforms, help write content for our website at times and develop content. I work with a lot of different projects, and I primarily do organic posting although I have a lot of experience in paid ads (most of our general enrollment ads are paid and not in our general newsfeed). Our engagement is decent. We have a lot of events on our website — I usually stick to posting about those in our stories rather than on the newsfeed as those types of posts don’t get much engagement. I have a lot of engagement on my stories. I stay up to date with national days.
I have been feeling down about myself lately. U ask myself questions like: am I doing enough? Am I doing this job well? How can I do better? This is my second job out of college. I have had a lot of social media experience but I’m always looking to improve and use my time effectively.
