We lost our Facebook account rep even though our ad spend more than doubled year over year. Anyone else experience this?

In typical Facebook fashion no reasoning behind it. We spend about $3MM in Facebook ads per year. We changed reps a lot in the past but this last time our rep said he was phasing off of our account and we wouldn't be getting a new one (without being able to provide a reason why).
The only thing I can think of is that we're campaign driven so we don't work with clients on a recurring basis like an agency would - usually for 2 months at a pop.
