What does Thirsty Thursday actually mean?

I am a social media specialist that works for a fairly conservative family owned company and did a #thirstythursday hashtag post with one of our drink. It’s a non-alcoholic beverage by the way. I didn’t realize at the time that when you use #thirstythursday, the top posts on Instagram show up as half naked people showing off their bods. 😳 I thought it meant drinks?! Does it not anymore? lol
