Someone copied my mothers Instagram account and is messaging her followers about joining a certain company, what can I do to stop it?

Someone copied her instagram account (made an entirely new one with her name and pictures) and is messaging her followers about a certain company and asking them to join.
Thankfully her friends reached out on Facebook and through text because something didnt seem right. I have reported the account and I have had others report as well. I also emailed the company with a screenshot of the messages a friend sent her.
Is there anything else I can do?
