Posting from Facebook to Instagram

OK so one of the accounts I manage has the option to post to Instagram from Facebook. Now I don't need to do that on this page, but there are other pages I would like this option on, but those pages don't have this option (I'm on a Windows PC). Does anyone know how to get the option? Maybe like an update or a setting change I have to do? Thank you in advance.
