How to find Instagram Post ID to create new ads?

Hi guys,
this is very dificult to find.
I created a lot of ads, for facebook and Instagram. Then I discovered that i could make multiple ads using one single post. In this way i can concentrate all social proof, likes, comments, on one ad post.
The dificult part is. Doing this on facebook ads is quite easy, as there is a easy way to find the facebook post ID, just clicking on the ad that has the most social proof.
But for Instagram, i can´t find the instagram post ID anywhere.
On facebook Ads Manager there is a tab for "Page Posts", but this one only shows Facebook Posts, not Instagram ones.
Does anybody have a solution for that??
