Best platform to monitor other mentions

Is there a platform out there that will analyze the metrics of someone else’s mentions of you? Like it automatically tracks whenever @mybrand is mentioned by anyone on any platform and tells me how many impressions and what the reach was from mentions alone in any given period? I know there are listening platforms out there but I’m not sure there are any that give that kind of info. TIA!
