App/program that generates posts from a compiled list of photos and captions

I've looked for a few days and perhaps my googling skills are rusty but I swear I read a post describing a program/app that does this for you after you input desired posting times, hashtag groups etc..
As the title states, I'm curious if there is an application or program that allows you to compile say 100 photos and 100 quotes/captions and then randomly generates instagram posts. Ideally one that would post to instagram for you or at least pushes a "click-to-post" notification/email like Buffer or Gain.
