Social Growth Engine - legit or scam?

Hi, I am looking at using a social growth service and Social Growth Engine caught my eye. I can't find anything bad about them online and nothing but rave reviews.
Has anyone used them? I just don't want a bot service. They guarantee at least 100 monthly new followers for smaller accounts which seems realistic and they say that all the followers are real.
My concern is they will purchase followers and I don't want that. I just want a service that will help slowly build my accounts with real followers that like my content.
Any help would be appreciated!
