Help with Facebook local pages please?

Can I not post to a businesses' local pages independently of the main page? Eg. "Daves Snow Ploughs" has it's main page then it also has "Daves Snow Plough's New York" and "Dave's Snow Ploughs California" and so on.
I can only seem to post on Dave's Snow Ploughs and not on the others. Why is that? Can I get round it? I wanted to make posts which were more pertinent to the people who might find "Dave's Snow Ploughs New York"
