What are your favorite marketing tools that save you time?

So at my small agency I'm constantly juggling time, budget, community, editorial calendar management, and more. I'm always trying to look for tools and platforms that help make this process efficient as possible. So I'm hoping this community can help me and others with any templates you frequently use, or platforms you swear by to help with the following.
- How do you keep track of hours spent on what?
- How do you keep track of your paid social budgets? If you have a template you'd be willing to share I would love to see if it's better than the one I use now.
- What tool do you use (or what is the best) for executing timely community management/customer service?
- What tool do you use social media reporting?
- What tools do you use for influencer discovery?
- Does a tool exists that automates high quality community management with AI?
- Does a tool exist that automates *high quality* social content performance reporting?
- Last but not least - what is the best task management tool for social media marketing? (We use Trello and things can get out of hand, I've also used JIRA which is a little much for social marketing, and I've also used ToDoist which is only good for high-level stuff).
