Niche targeted Powerlikes?

So, after a loooooong Hiatus on social media (it's just a side project for me) I am looking to get back into it with two of my accounts. My main one is my dogs IG and my own one. I am a portrait photographer.
Now since I abandoned both accounts for a good while the engagement I am getting is terrible. I do a lot of the stuff that is recommended (I stopped doing f/uf/1-2-punch).
As far as automation goes, I scraped my own accounts and let a bot like my followers stuff, not too crazy, maybe 200 likes a day. No auto comments obviously.
I also do the Gary Vee 1.80 method (in a light version like 1.00 - results are still good I guess)
I only post self created content on both Accounts and use IG-stories as good as I can. I post 1 pic a day on these accounts. Anymore I feel like devalues the content I post and makes it more of an assembly line kind of thing. I don't want that.
I use 7-10 hashtags on every post. One branded one, 1-2 highvolume ones and 4-5 contextual smaller ones.
I don't do engagement groups since I believe it is too easy to spot non-legit comments on the pictures.
Now too my question: is there a service that provides Powerlikes (to help me get to explore only from accounts within the niche of my accounts? I really don't want luxury rand accounts liking or worse commenting on my dogs account or car and wrestling accounts liking: commenting on my portrait Account.
