Monitoring YouTube comments on a channel that you don't own.

Is anyone using something to monitor changes to youtube comments on content that you don't own? I can find lots of information on monitoring your brand mentions from your own channels, but what if there are videos where your brand is being mentioned and you want to monitor those comments? I haven't found a solution.
I could perhaps roll my own and have a selenium program that crawls youtube pages and refreshes the comments list and puts that into an RSS feed for me to digest later. I was hoping to find some sort of solution (hopefully open source) that has already been made.
Thoughts?
