Help On Community Management Pricing

I have just recently started doing freelance work in terms of Social Media Management in order to build my personal portfolio. I would like to include the service of community management for my clients (interacting with posts, liking other posts, following accounts) in order to their grow social media presence. Of course community management is a huge part of this and also can be very time consuming. I am wondering if there is a optimal way of breaking these costs down since it seems a little strange to charge for each like, comment, follow etc...
Does anyone have any experience doing freelance community management?
