Close Friends/ Favourites option for stories is missing in my main account

I can´t use the close friends for the stories in my main account, but i change to another account that i have and the option is there so it´s not a problem with the phone model (Lg G5 and Huawei P10). I have already sent a lot of reports for errors but no response. Is there another option to contact instagram support?
