What’s everyone’s scheduling platform of choice?

I am the social media coordinator at my company currently using Hootsuite to schedule all my posts, but am looking into trying an alternative. Hootsuite has frequently failed to post things I’ve scheduled, I’ve found that their analytics are off and it’s just sort of a messy UI. I’ve looked a bit into Sprout and Loomly.
Just wondering what everyone else’s favorite platform is and why? Would love to hear what other people’s experiences with different platforms has been like.
