username not found on deactivted instagram

i deactivated my instagram and when i try to log in it says the username is not found. email and phone number also says there is no account linked. what should i do? how do i contact instagram support?
i logged into a different account and tried to change the username to the account i’m trying to log into, and it says the username is not available so i guess my account is still there?
