Right now I get push notifications from specific Twitter accounts on my phone from the Twitter for Android app. I like this because there's certain accounts I want to read all of their Tweets and the push notifications keep me in the loop.

Is there a better tool to manage this? I'm thinking of something like an RSS reader where I could follow an account like @techcrunch and login to the tool and see that there's 10 new Tweets posted from that account that I haven't read yet. Thanks!
