Is anyone using Social Report for social media posting & analysis? Do you like it? Is there a tool anyone loves?

I've tried a few tools and went with Social Report but I don't love it and the tech support/customer service is lousy. Of all issues, I'm having trouble with demographics getting stuck in a default mode and when I try to boost on Facebook itself, I can't change the age group. I mostly need a tool for effective and thorough reporting but it's nice to have the scheduling too. I hated Hootsuite and Buffer and Sprout I never gave too much of a shot. Does anyone swear by the tool they're using? TIA!
