Check-in not working for Facebook page. Any ideas on how to fix it?

I’m wondering if reddit can help me with this:
As of a few weeks ago people can’t check in on the Facebook page for my company, they can’t mention/tag the location. Before it worked flawless but now we aren’t shown in the results when checking in on our gps location.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Or on what causes this issue?
