wrong account linked in instagram

I'm hoping I can get some help here. I have a personal Instagram and a personal Facebook account, I'm but I also manage a business account on Facebook and Insta. Both pages are linked to my personal account. But when I am trying to create promotions on the business Instagram I am told that I don't have permission and that I cannot create ads for the Facebook page connected to this Instagram account.
I've tried everything I can think of with the accounts, done countless google searches, linked an unlinked everything i can think of. And they are definitely linked, but I constantly get an error that says “wrong account linked– The Facebook account you are logged into isn't linked to the page XOMBO. Try logging into Facebook again".
Does anyone have any idea who this would be happeningg or how i could solve this? Thanks!
