Slideshow/live feed of business name and hashtags for new store display TV?

My brother is opening up a dessert place and I'm In charge of setting up his tvs to be used as displays. 2/3 TV's will be used as a menu board and the last tv he wants to use to show social media postings of his business via his store name or associated handles. I've seen this down at other places and I may have to check them out to see what they use but I was wondering if people had suggestions?
I'm thinking of either using a Chromecast or Amazon firestick; which ever is easier to use.
