Facebook ads not performing how they used to?

I’ve been running ads on Facebook for a while now with no issues and have recently noticed that the ads are not performing how they used to in reach and engagement. The paid reach is going up by 100-200 per day (if im lucky) and having no luck with comments and conversions. Targeting is only set for the age but everything else has been left open (figured this would reach more people and gain more traction) Am I doing something wrong? Has anyone else found this to be a problem too?
