What are some good strategies for an inspiring content platform?

Hello, I am launching my website in a few days and I was wondering what growth hacking strategies can help me grow my audience. The concept of my website is basically an online platform or community for young people in my country to write about their ideas, success stories, insights, advice etc., to inspire each other and make each other develop themselves. Such concept does not exist in my country so that's a huge opportunity for me but also a challenge. I made a Facebook page where I'm putting some video teasers with COMING SOON. The website is on coming soon mode as well. I already invited my friends list to like the page. I have a few articles ready so I will start from there but I really need to reach people and make them engaged and want to contribute and participate. What can I do in your opinion? Thank you.
