We got about 5k pple organic reach on a post (page has 1k followers). By reach I mean they have seen the post, but not necessarily "liked or commented" on it.

Now we want to spend money on boosting the post - while avoiding these 5k people in targetting.

Is it possible to do this? Any workarounds?
