IG page W/ 30K. how much do I charge for video?

an ad agency wants me to promote something on my page. they want me to do a video, about 30 sec to one minute.
the video will take me a few hours to edit, record etc.
how much do I charge? They're a HUGE agency working with gigantic brands.
i don't want to go too low, but also don't want to go too high in case they never work with me again.
i heard a good rule of thumb is 100$ per 10K... a penny per follower, so 300$ for this post.
is that too much? too little? would be great if someone in ad agency could chime in, or another IG influencer that has dealt with high profile brands.
