Facebook Carousel ad links

Hi guys,
I currently work with a shopping mall, they want to promote their tenants monthly special offers, so I was thinking about creating a carousel ad with 1 card per tenant. Only problem, none of them have a website, only Facebook pages.
When I create a carousel ad, should the links point to an external website or I am allowed to redirect people to a specific Facebook page ?
