I currently co-run an Instagram profile with about 6k organic subscribers. We produce weekly videos and only have about 300 YouTube subscribers. We want our main social media presence to be YouTube but can't seem to gain a following. We promote each video multiple times but still can't seem to grow on YouTube. What should we be doing in order to gain subscribers on YouTube?
